    This has probably been the worst experience in all of the years of renting property.. I now have a person not paying the rent or security refuses to get an oil company wants to put oil filled radiators in the apartment and will not pay any attention to my concerns about pipes freezing in winter. This tenant was not checked out and had six years of litigation at former address. Hiring a lawyer is something I can not afford and could go on for years.I hired a constable to serve him to quit but he is digging in his heels and beating on me like a drum. I am 84 years old and always have had trust in people but don't know what to do now.

    Since my first meeting with Nune 3 years ago, she has become much more than a CPA. She has done a great job in helping me understand some of the more complex aspects of the IRS tax code as well as helped me through different aspects and disciplines of bookkeeping. Nune really takes the time to understand what your real need is and what you are trying to achieve in the long term and works with you to develop a plan. Her mentorship and guidance has always been above and beyond my expectations and I walk away confident and highly satisfied after every meeting.

    Michael was extremely knowledgeable while working with us. There were times that he knew more about the houses in the area and schools than the realtors selling the homes we looked at. He was in touch with us on a daily basis, sending us emails and would follow up with us about particular houses that came on the market that we knew we would like. Michael listened to us carefully in regards to what we wanted in a home, and our wants and needs.
